Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 days of dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Handmade Originals
Are your handmade pieces truly one of a kind?
Yes — every handmade original is unique. Once it's gone, it's gone. If a piece sells before you get the chance to purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch — I may be able to create something similar just for you.
Can I return a handmade original?
Due to the unique nature of our handmade pieces, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Printed Designs
How are your printed designs made?
Our printed designs are produced to order by our trusted printing partners and dispatched directly to you, ensuring every print is freshly made.
